How to book an appointment

You can book, change or cancel an appointment

  • In person at reception
  • By calling 01922 624 605
  • Online using Patient Access: you can register for this service by bringing photographic ID to reception. We can then provide you with log-in details and instructions.

You can submit non-urgent admin request through AccuRx online.

  • Each individual appointment is for one patient only and to help you with one problem.
  • If you have more than one problem, please book a double appointment or another appointment.
  • Please attend your appointment on time.
  • If you are unable to attend please cancel your appointment in good time.
  • The doctors try to run on time but sometimes delays are unavoidable. Please be patient.
  • We ask that you treat the doctors and practice staff with courtesy and respect – we are here to help you.

Emergency appointments

We have a small number of emergency appointments at the GP surgery

You can enquire by calling 01922 624 605 (during surgery opening hours).

For urgent advice you can call 111, 24 hours a day (including when the surgery is closed).

You can see a health professional at walk-in centres for urgent problems which are not life- threatening. No appointment needed.

Routine appointments

You can make a routine appointment

Cancel or change your appointment

Missed appointments cost the NHS millions.

If you no longer need your appointment or need to change it, please call the surgery on 01922 624 605.

Weekend & late evening appointments

We also offer a small number of appointments between 6.30pm and 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturdays.

These are specifically for patients who work and have difficulty attending the surgery during normal core hours.

You can book one of these appointments by calling in at reception in person or telephoning the surgery.

These appointments can be made by calling the surgery during surgery opening hours.

If you have an appointment after 6.30pm Weekday or on Saturday:

For MONDAYS & THURSDAYS:

  • please go to Forrester Street Surgery, 1 Forrester Street, Walsall, WS2 9PL

For ALL OTHER DAYS OF THE WEEK of the week,

  • please go to Little London Surgery, Little London, Caldmore, Walsall, WS1 3EP

You can submit non-urgent requests to the surgery here.  This could be a non-urgent appointment request or follow-up fit note request.

You can also use this service to find urgent care centre and pharmacies near you.

Home Visits

Home visits are reserved for bedbound or housebound patients within our catchment area, who are unable to come to the surgery.
